This two bedroom ground floor apartment can accommodate up to four and is situated at the edge of the village with views across the 'natural parkland' towards the mountains in the south west and across the cliffs to the Atlantic Ocean and Toston Tower in the west.
Conveniently situated on the edge of the village, all local amenities are within very easy reach with the surfer's beach only five minutes stroll away and the lagoons an easy ten minutes walk to the north.   All bars and restaurants are a matter of minutes walk from this apartment.

The living area includes a corner sofa unit which can comfortably accommodate up to four people. A coffee table plus freestanding lamp have been provided for your use along with a cabinet which holds a television with built in DVD player, radio and CD player.The patio doors provide plenty of light and access to the patio at the front of the apartment. This 24 square metres patio is supplied complete with a table, four chairs and a sun umbrella.   It is walled with a lockable gate making it a safe area in which children can play. The kitchen area has been designed to incorporate all modern conveniences.
A full size oven with 4 ring ceramic hob and extractor, stainless steel sink with drainer and draining cupboard above, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle are all provided to ensure that you have all the equipment to enable you to prepare a family meal. The breakfast bar comes complete with 4 stools and a freestanding oscillating fan for your comfort.
The single bedroom consists of a full size single bed but there is sufficient space for an additional bed if required.
 A wardrobe and bedside cabinet with lamp provide storage space and a good sized window provides natural light and ventilation. A washing machine with drying and ironing facilities are provided in the bathroom.
From here you have a view of the mountains to the south west and Toston tower which overlooks the long, surfer's beach. 

This apartment is being offered from 350 euros per week (monthly rates available) plus an additional €25 euros per person per week.

The Apartment is equipped with virtually everything we think

you will need. There is a Patio sunshade awning & sun

beds. There’s also a beach sunshade you can take out

with you and body boards.

KITCHEN / DINING:

There is a large Fridge-Freezer, Ceramic Hob, Oven,

Microwave, Electric Kettle, Pop-up toaster, Coffee

Machine, blender and all the normal crockery, cutlery

and kitchen tools.

At the end of the kitchen there is a ‘Breakfast bar’ type

table with 4 stools.

SITTING ROOM:

It has a large sofa, coffee table and TV/DVD Player and

DVDs: If you speak Spanish the telly will be useful. If not

there are a few DVDs (in English only – SORRY!)

BEDROOM 1:

There are 2 single beds, which can push together to

make a double bed. Bedside tables and lights, Fitted

wardrobe, chest of drawers.

BEDROOM 2:

There is a single bed plus a fold up ZedBed, Bedside

table & light and a wardrobe.

BATHROOM:

Shower: Hot water tank is 80 litres, plenty for 3 guests.

Washing Machine: There’s an automatic washing

machine.

PATIO:

There is a sunny patio with plastic table and 4 chairs,

and a sun awning that will extend to give a larger area

of shade if required. Two Beach type sunbeds are

available. Excellent unobstructed views to the hills to

the south of the village.
